Title: Approval by the Board of Education of a Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Emergency Rooter, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide construction services for the replacement of the sewer lateral extending from the building to the connection at the city main in the street, obtaining all necessary permits for approximately 200 linear feet of 6-inch sewer pipe installation at depths ranging from 7 to 10 feet, removal of the existing concrete walkway and a portion of the brick steps to allow for excavation; excavation and installation of the new sewer lateral; backfilling and compaction of soil; and restoration of the affected areas, including replacement of the concrete walkway and brick step pavers; be responsible for site cleanup and the proper off-haul and disposal of all construction-related debris for the Joaquin Miller Elementary School Sewer Lateral Replacement Project, as described in the proposal dated March 16, 2026, attached to ...
