Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Change The Tune Inc., Los Angeles, CA, for the latter to co-lead the elevation of OUSD's summer learning programs by designing a year-long professional development and capacity-building initiative for 400+ expanded learning educators-preparing them to deliver high-impact programming for over 9,000 youth; co-create, in partnership with an advisory team, a strategic plan to strengthen leadership and operational systems for long-term sustainability, which includes targeted leadership retreats, a comprehensive Professional Development series, a robust advisory network, and dynamic experiential workshops for Ready Week, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $85,000.00.
