Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-27 by and between the District and Robert Half, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide contract talent solutions to the District, via the Legal Department, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $119,000.00.
