Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Professional Services Agreement with Kleinfelder, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform a geotechnical survey which includes drilling for two samples, field investigation and laboratory testing, and generate a report and recommendations in conjunction with the Bret Hart Middle School Retaining Wall for the period commencing August 18, 2004 and concluding no later than September 18, 2004 in an amount not to exceed $4,550.00.
