Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Ramasses Head, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 90 hours of producing videos highlighting the strengths and unique features of 5 elementary schools; film and conduct 5-6 interviews at each school with the principal, a parent, a student and a teacher that will be approximately 90 seconds long and will be produced in collaboration with the schools principals, Network Officers, Troy Flint, Director of Public Relations, and KDOL TV staff; produce one roughly 5 minute video on Oakland High School of a similar focus that will go into greater detail and include more interviews and multiple shooting days for the period of November 10, 2012 through June 30, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $9,000.00.
