Title: Ratification by the State Administrator of Amendment No. 1 - Professional Services Contract between District and Eliza Sorensen, for the latter to provide ongoing staff professional development training, to focus on differentiated instruction utilizing the "School Attuned" program principles and methods; provide resource information for school staff; and meet with principal to discuss effectiveness of trainings and plan follow-up activities by principal at St. Paul's Episcopal School, in compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines, for the period of February 2, 2009 through June 19, 2009 in an additional amount of $4,200.00, increasing contract from $11,000.00 to a not-to-exceed amount of $15,200.00. All other terms and conditions of Agreement remain in full force and effect.
