Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Oakland Youth Chorus, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the following services: 1. Support the School in designing, creating, implementing, and evaluating school based choral music program; 2. Provide needed additional finding to the program as funding permits; 3. Design a program budget for the school year; 4. Provide music curricula that fulfills CA State VAPA standards; 5. Recruit and hire qualified music teachers for the school program; 6. Provide ongoing training and mentoring to music teachers to improve their teaching skills; 7. Collaborate with school leadership on program management, assessment, and development; 8.
