Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Joyce Boykin, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 25 hours of service working with school staff to design and implement supplemental instructional programs for identified students including additional support services in Reading, Language Arts and Math; conduct an annual informational meeting about the Title I program for all affected parents; and confer with parents of identified students, as needed, through the program duration, at St. Martin de Porres School, via the Office of Partnership Accountability, for the term October 5, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $1,250.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $8,750.00 to $10,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
