Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Lease-Leaseback Contract by and between the District and Swinerton Builders, Inc, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide ongoing preconstruction services, including the development of construction budgets, project schedules, and implementation plans to support the successful execution of new construction projects, as described in the Proposals dated, May 14, 2026, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, in an additional total amount of $250,000.00, increasing the Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $100,000.00 to $350,000.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from May 13, 2025 through December 31, 2028 to October 23, 2029 (an additional 296 calendar days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
