Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and 99 North Construction & Plumbing, Concord, CA, providing the latter an extension of the term of the Agreement from July 21, 2025 through December 21, 2025 to June 30 2026, an additional one hundred eighty-two days(182) to "continue to provide the services outlined in their original contract, which include removing existing drinking fountain units to create space for the installation of filtered drinking water fixtures district wide as part of the Lead Abatement Project. At the District's request, 99 North Construction & Plumbing will also install District provided filtered drinking water station" for the District-wide Lead Abatement Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
