Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a mental health clinician to meet with and provide other consultations, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Think College Now Elementary School, for the period of August 5, 2024 through May 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $47,713.42.
