Approval by the State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between the District and California Youth Outreach, for the latter to provide the services of a Youth Intervention Specialist who will assess the factors affecting the attendance of students referred by the school administration, and monitor and support the student's subsequent attendance, for the period November 10, 2008 through June 30, 2009, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
