Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Northeastern University - Mills College, Lead by Learning, Boston, MA, for the latter to provide the Expanded Learning Office (ExLO) with professional development focused on implementing a continuous quality improvement (CQI) cycle to enhance the quality and effectiveness of programming across all after-school sites, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference at though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $94,100.00.
