Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Hanna Interpreting Services LLC, Spring Valley, CA, for the latter to provide OUSD Expanded Learning Programs with access to in-person translation services for students that are Deaf or Hard of Hearing as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department for the period of January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025 in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
