Approval and support by the State Administrator on behalf of the District of the Bay Area Commmunity Resources Grant Application to the Oakland Fund for Children and Youth to support after-school academic supporting activities including homework, tutoring, visual and performing arts, and other academic enrichment activities, for Santa Fe and Peralta Schools in an amount of $105,000.00, for the period July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006 and upon approval, in whole or in part, authorization to accept same pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof, if any.
