Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Destiny Arts Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide martial arts and creative youth development classes for the students, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Manzanita Community Elementary School, for the period of September 1, 2024 through May 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $24,000.00.
