Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Cooperative Personnel Services, Sacramento, CA, for the latter to provide up to five desk audits, beginning with gathering background materials, holding an initial project meeting, and developing a job evaluation tool and communication plan; continue process with developing a job evaluation tool, conducting an orientation session, and completing Position Description Questionnaires (PDQs); following with the Human Resources Project Team reviews of the PDQs, prepare for and conducts job evaluation interviews, and analyzes the collected data to develop classification specifications, with final steps involving preparing and presenting both draft and final classification reports, and ensuring ongoing communication with the client throughout the project, via Talent/Human Resources Department, for the period of October 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $5,840.00.
