Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Alternatives in Action, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an Extended Day Program (EDP) Manager in Training to prepare to assume the role of EDP Manager for the 2014-15 school year; the Manager in Training will work with youth during the month of May and June to shadow the current EDP Manager, attend staff meetings, trainings, co-lead our youth leadership team, and participate and support end of year retreats and planning sessions for the 2014-15 school year, at Life Academy, for the period of July 1, 2013 through August 31, 2014, in the additional amount of $11,200.00, increasing the MOU from $168,255.00 to $179,455.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
