Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Professional Services Contract between the District and David Chen, for the latter to provide 112 hours of service to Emiliano Zapata Street Academy by providing the following services: 1) pre and post academic testing in English and math; 2) individualized education plan for each student in order to build skills in math and language arts; 3) specialized and targeted intervention for each student based on the following criteria: benchmark scores in math and English, scocres from the CST, classroom behavior and performance at previous school site, parent meeting and input; and 4) reading, math and or ELD support as needed for each student, for the period of June 29, 2009 through July 23, 2009, at a cost not to exceed $4,000.00.
