Title
Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 4 to Construction Contract between District and J. W. & Sons, Inc., Petaluma, CA, for the latter per ASI #05 - to remove and re-install conduit and wire for the Fire Alarm and Security devices in the lobby area above the new ceiling, per ASI #51, change lobby buildings signage from stainless steel lettering to bronze lettering, add eight 4" bronze letters and various other items described herein, in conjunction with the Castlemont High School Auditorium Renovations Project, in the additional amount of $118,895.00, increasing the Agreement from $3,033,028.00 to $3,151,923.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
