Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Rupa Gupta, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide weekly leadership and executive coaching sessions to Clifford Hong, Middle School Superintendent of Oakland Unified School District, with sessions including thought partnership in leadership, organizational, pedagogical and systems challenges to support Mr. Hong's personal and professional development, via Middle School Network, for the period of March 1, 2026 through May 29, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
