Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and North American Fence & Railing, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to: PCO 1: Reinstalled a 10' high chain-link fence with a 1" mesh (22 linear feet) along with a pedestrian gate. Modify the existing pedestrian gate by adding a panic bar and reconfiguring the latch and ram cylinder; and PCO 2: Remove the existing 10' high galvanized chain-link fence with 1" mesh (33 LF) and a 48" wide pedestrian gate. Relocate and install a 7" high chain-link fence with 2" mesh at a new location, reusing the posts, rails, and gate from the original fence, in the not to exceed amount of $12,508.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $23,000.00 to $35,508.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from March 27, 2025 through August 30, 2025 to November 30, 2025 (an additional 93 calendar days), for the Coliseum College Preparatory Academy Interim Housing Project...
