Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Destiny Arts Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide over 210 hours of Movement Arts and Creative Youth Development for students, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Garfield Elementary School, for the period of September 1, 2024 through May 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $24,000.00.
