Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Urban Leader Coaching, LLC, Lynwood, CA, for the latter to provide leadership individualized coaching session building adaptive and technical skills in current role and beyond, remotely, for up to a total of 13 hours, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for Allendale Elementary School, for the period of March 17, 2025, through May 28, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $1,250.00.
