Approval by the Board of Education of a Construction Work for Construction Services Contract $45,000-$175,000, Awarded Pursuant to CUPCCAA, Contract No. 17104 between the District and Rook Electric, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide labor, materials and maintenance service of surveillance CCTV Systems, keep equipment in good working order, including troubleshooting and repair of surveillance systems defects, remote assistance and configuration updates; on-site maintenance, cleaning and refocusing the cameras, and other work required by owner, in conjunction with the Various Sites Security Improvements & Repair Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing June 7, 2018 and concluding no later than December 31, 2018 in an amount not-to-exceed $115,500.00
