Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and San Francisco Study Center, dba, Brothers on the Rise, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide a consultancy to facilitate a twice a week 1.5 hour per day brothers, UNITE! group for up to 15 male students from grades 6-8, focusing on manhood training, life skills instruction and leadership development, including field trips, other services, provision of materials and meeting other requirements, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Melrose Leadership Academy, for the term October 21, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
