Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Playworks, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide comprehensive support delivered by a fully trained coach (site specialist) who implements strategies, games, and systems to develop and sustain a positive educational culture for everyone, starting at recess; schedule and conduct school staff training; provide classroom teachers with Class Game Time, with the purpose to teach students and teachers the rules, expectations, and skills of the games and activities provided during recess in a safe and organized settings at Fruitvale Elementary School, for the period of August 18, 2025 through May 28, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $38,000.00.
