Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract between District and Arntz Builders, Inc., Novato, CA, for the latter to provide drawings which did not include a post to beam connection at four locations, window elevations for window types D-10-D020 conflict with the 6"x10" header location at the pop outs past line 8 and and provide other services as described herein in conjunction with the Chabot Portable Classroom Replacement Project in the additional amount of $30,709.24, increasing the Agreement from $10,697,077.00 to $10,727,786.24. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
