Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources (BACR), El Cerrito, CA, for the latter to provide facilitation and support work-based Learning (WBL) students with internship stipends; serve as fiscal sponsor to process and pay the internship stipends, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at LIFE Academy, for the period of March 3, 2025, through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $10,791.87.
