Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement between the District and CircleUp Education, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide principal Cynthia Bagby and her staff with approximately 10-12, 1-hour coaching sessions to realign with the school's commitment to creating anti-racism and anti-discrimination school-wide climate/culture systems; provide coaching and consulting support related to school equity, and conflict resolution; design and facilitate Justice practices to help resolve conflicts related to staff, student, and parent relations at Redwood Heights Elementary School, for the period of May 17, 2021 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $4,500.00.
