Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. II, Agreement for Construction Management between District and Sevilla Group, Inc., dba SGI Construction Management, Oakland, CA, which was originally approved by the Board as Enactment Number 13-1569 on August 13, 2013 to provide program management services for Measures B and J capital projects, increasing the Agreement amount by an additional $2.1 million dollars to fund the Agreement through December 31, 2016 in order to avoid delays in the preparing for 2016 Facilities summer projects and ongoing capital projects (e.g., Central Kitchen, Glenview, Fremont, Whittier, Madison Park, new Administration Center and Dewey). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
