Approval by the State Administrator, on behalf of District, of a Release Agreement Between the District and the Friends of Sausal Creek for the on-loan services of Sue Morgan, for the latter to conduct various science projects and excursions dealing with the elements of water, for the period July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005; costs reimbursable to the District in the amount of salary and benefits.
