Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and Lowe Consulting Group, Inc., Oakland CA, for the latter to provide Project Labor Agreement (PLA) services, assisting the District with managing labor relations, coordinating the PLA's innovative workforce development and employment programs, and monitoring and reporting on the efficacy of the PLA, more specifically described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Facilities Planning and Management, total not-to-exceed in the amount of $183,810.00, which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $167,000.00, for Basic Services, and a not-to-exceed amount of $16,710.00 for Additional Services, as the selected consultant, with work scheduled to commence on June 27, 2024, and scheduled to last until June 30, 2025.
