Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 2, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Nicholas Guiterrez doing Business as N G Builder Company, Santa Clara, CA, for the latter to provide additional construction services which consist of Phase 2, which included the prep work for the new play structure, new play structure, installation PIP play matting, requiring additional manpower and extended equipment rentals time, for the Harriet Tubman Child Development Center Play Yard Site Improvement Project, in the not to exceed amount of $34,075.59, increasing the Agreement price from $259,702.00 to $293,777.59. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
