Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 2425-0228 - Authorizing Use of Graydon Exception to Public Bidding for Contract With Blenderbox Inc. and Approving Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement, by and between District and With Blenderbox Inc., New York, New York, for the latter to extend existing software licenses for an additional three years: ? $150,000 for Year 4 (2025-26) ? $150,000 for Year 5 (2026-27) ? $150,000 for Year 6 (2027-28); and provide an additional $450,000 in professional services over the three-year term, for an additional cumulative amount not to exceed $900,000, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $570,000.00 to $1,470,000.00. and extending the term of the Agreement from May 25, 2022 through June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2028. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
