Ratification by the Board of Education of a Construction Work - CUPCCAA ($45,000 to $175,000), Contract No. 13134 between the District and Berkeley Cement, Inc., Berkley, CA, for the latter to form, place, reinforce, finish all site concrete as listed: 1) City Spec Standard Sidewalk, Hand tooled, Expansion: Joint Sealant, Broom Finish; 2) City Spec Curb and Gutter, in conjunction with the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the scope of services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, with work to be completed within five (5) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the District's Notice to Proceed following Board of Education approval, in an amount not-to exceed $40,000.00.
