Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Peter Mummert, for the latter to provide 1,100 hours of service to: 1) Set up the Summer Programs which meets the compressed timeline developed by Fiscal, Human Resources and Payroll; set up a system of ongoing support for the summer sites to assist and monitor the development of their staffing and academic programs. 2) Create and maintain the SES electronic database that tracks the student attendance and invoicing; review and log SES Individual Learning Plans; observe and monitor off-site SES programs; and create stakeholder surveys for the Complementary Learning Department for the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 in an amount not to exceed $44,000.00.
