Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Medical Billing Technologies, Inc., Visalia, CA, for the latter to identify a licensed Medical Doctor to review any Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), Mental Health (MH), Speech Therapy (ST), and Nursing treatment plans submitted District; provide the result of such review in writing to District; including a written authorization for any OT, PT, MH, ST and Nursing services determined to be medically necessary; provide District with a Speech Protocol required by the California Department of Health Care Services in order to be in compliance with current Local Education Agency (LEA) Medi-Cal Billing Options Program regulations, in the additional amount of $20,500.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $90,000.00 to $110,500.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
