Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and The Teaching Well, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Summer Intro Session w/Staff, Bi Monthly Executive Coaching, One Cycle Workplace Culture Landscape Analysis Research, 1 Cohort of Mindful Mentoring and Four Whole Staff Professional Development Workshops, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Redwood Heights Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2024 through May 25, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
