Title: Approval by the Board of Education of a Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative Fee Schedule Provider Participation Agreement by and between the California Department of Health Care Services and the District, permitting the latter, as a qualified Local Educational Agency (LEAs) registered with Medi-Cal, to participate with Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) and school districts to outline a framework for receiving sustainable, standardized reimbursement for providing outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services to students under age 26, enabling schools to bill Medi-Cal and commercial insurance plans directly for services needed beginning, August 4, 2025, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department.
