Authorize the President and Secretary of the Board to enter into and execute a Professional Service Agreement on behalf of the District with RGM and Associates, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide project and construction management services for the modernization and new construction of school facilities in conjunction with the Division of Facilities, Planning and Management for the period commencing May 1, 2008 and concluding no later than February 28, 2009 in an amount not to exceed $406,400.00.
