Tier 1 and induction coursework to teacher leaders and early career administrators in coursework design that emphasizes the needs of English Language Learners (ELL) and newcomer students, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in partnership with the Oakland International Learning Lab at Oakland International High School, for the period of December 10, 2020 through June 15, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $34,000.00.
