Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Award of Bid Agreement between the District and Digital Design Communications, Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform trenching, conduit and wiring to portables, given unforeseen conditions make use of existing conduit not possible, for the Burbank Preschool Fire and Intrusion Alarm Replacement Project, in the additional amount of $4,675.51, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $476,880.00 to $481,555.51, for the term December 14, 2017 through March 24, 2018. All of the terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
