Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Philip Williams, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide technical support for Windows and Apple Macintosh computers to ensure effective use of technology for instruction, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Edna Brewer Middle School, for the period of December 1, 2025 through May 29, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
