Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Individual Service Agreement (ISA) to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional services to enhance current comprehensive After School Program that serves approximately 90 students daily, increasing program services by utilizing Menu of Service - Option H -Physical Fitness for 10 months for up to 20 students daily for activities such as basketball, flag football, soccer, track and field, martial arts, capoiera, yoga, recreational activities, and wrestling for all students and families in the after school program at Esperanza Academy, for the period of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, in the additional amount of $11,482.59, increasing the ISA not to exceed amount from $83,874.61 to $95,357.20. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
