Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Architectural Services Contract between the District and Perkins Eastman Architects DPC*, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide extra structural design and engineering for drilled concrete pier foundation system; energy and lighting computer modeling; pre-fab building design drawings, in conjunction with the Hillcrest Finishing Kitchen & Cafeteria Project, in the additional amount of $36,915.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $379,000.00 to $405,915.00 and extending the Agreement from March 23, 2016 through December 31, 2018 to December 30, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
