Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Lincoln, Oakland, CA, for the latter, through its mental health team, to provide its Lincoln Hope Program to support Tier 3 students by providing tailored social-emotional support, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Fruitvale Elementary School, for the period of September 8, 2025 through May 28, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $6,000.00.
