Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and East Bay Consortium, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide two college student advisors to work with a caseload of seniors in the newcomer RISE Academy, providing individualized support for the Spring 2025 semester to ensure that all eligible students apply for financial aid, apply for a postsecondary education program, and graduate with clear next steps to achieve their postsecondary goals; use push-ins to senior seminar and Economics classes, pull-outs to the Future Center, and general support during school-wide events to work with students individually and in small groups, via Linked Learning Department, for the period of January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
