Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and KWT Consulting, LLC, West Sacramento, CA, for the latter to provide targeted leadership development support to Darielle Davis-Vigay, principal of McClymonds High School; provide real-time, responsive coaching support to improve student engagement and learning outcomes, and adult systems resulting in the development of an implementation plan that supports the school's School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) goals for 2024 to 2025, school year; and provide coaching support to create school wide systems that support shared leadership among the school's leadership teams, including the Instructional Leadership Team, Culture and Climate Team, and School wide Administrative Team, via the High School Network, for the period of October 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $83,952.00.
