Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement for Architectural Services between the District and Verde Design, Santa Clara, CA., for the later to provide Architect of Record Services to the Oakland Technical High School Turf Installation including Project start-up, Program Validation, Concept Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Bidding Assistance, Construction Administration, and Project Close Out also including Access Compliance issues in the project area, in conjunction with the Oakland Technical High School Turf Field Installation Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing May 25, 2016 and concluding no later than January 23, 2018, in an amount not-to exceed $59,680.00.
